To get started simply choose a support plan and send us your details. We’ll be in touch quickly, usually within 60 minutes. You can then send us a request by our dedicated support system at any time – 24/7.
We can make content updates, theme or stylesheet adjustments, add new plugins, configure forms, menu’s, add blog posts, content population, image manipulation, creation of basic graphics (buttons, banners etc), wordpress consulting, optimisation of CSS and images, theme audits, plugin audits, we can also speed up your site and much more. From code to general WordPress issues, we have you covered. (Note: Website re-designs, landing page design, custom plugin development, php implementation and custom theme development are not included as part of this support service).
We’ve been working with WordPress for over 17 years. We’ve built our own themes and plugins from scratch and know WordPress inside and out.
We work very hard to ensure your support tasks are completed quickly, when you log a ticket or task with us, we always aim to get back to you with a response within 24 hours maximum – Monday to Friday for general content edits. Content edits are often tackled within 9 hours after confirmation of submission. For urgent requests (site down / hacked etc) you can register an SOS/ urgent ticket at any time – even at the weekend and we’ll get back to you ASAP as we have dedicated 24/7 cover for urgent scenarios.
No! We don’t have any sign-up fees or other hidden charges. The only price you pay is the price of your monthly subscription support plan. No hidden VAT costs added to the checkout.
In order to get started, we’ll need your WordPress Admin details and FTP details. You can either send us your current login details or create a new user for us to help maintain your WordPress site. Many people choose to create another admin user for us – e.g – YOWsupport. We will guide you through the whole process. It usually takes about 2 hours to have registered and be receiving full professional wordpress support with YOW Internet.
You can cancel your subscription at any time without any costs, provided you notify us before the next billing date by emailing us or submitting a ticket through our dedicated channels. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period, but no service fees will be refunded for the current billing period. All we ask for is notice. As long as you do that prior to your next billing/card payment date, we will process the cancellation asap and you will not incur any future charges or cancellation fees.
If you need any extra work done or something that we could not cover under our unlimited 30 minute tweaks allowance, we can simply provide you a quote under our WordPress tweaks service. You can book extra development hours with us at a discounted rate if you have an active site care plan in place. Simply provide us some information on what you need done and we’ll get back to you asap.
Absolutely. Our VIP Enterprise site care plans feature unlimited content edits. A content edit is generally something that can be done within 30 minutes from the WordPress admin dashboard, there is no cap on how many tasks you are able to have completed each month with our content edits and maintenance tasks.
The first step is to register your site with us on a site care plan. We can then evaluate the malware urgently and remove this for you under the site care plan. Alternatively, we can provide you with a one-time malware removal quote if you prefer, just simply contact us asap to get started.
